This placeholder describes how genvris intends to identify and manage conflicts of interest. The final policy will be adopted with the confirmed legal entity and regulatory permissions.

Purpose and scope

The company aims to identify situations where its interests, or those of its staff or partners, could conflict with those of clients.

The policy will cover employees, managers, partners and related parties once operations begin.

Situations that may give rise to conflicts

Examples include proprietary trading alongside client order flow, remuneration linked to client trading volume, and personal account dealing.

The company may act as principal to client trades, which will be disclosed in the final documentation.

Managing conflicts

Controls such as information barriers, segregation of duties and supervision are intended to be implemented.

Where a conflict cannot be managed sufficiently, the company will disclose it to affected clients.

Personal account dealing

Staff dealing in relevant instruments for their own account is expected to be subject to approval and monitoring rules.

Details will be set out in internal dealing rules once adopted.

Inducements and gifts

Benefits received from or given to third parties will be assessed against applicable conduct rules.

Material inducements will be disclosed where required.

Reporting a concern

Clients and partners will be able to report potential conflicts of interest through the complaints channel once published.

The responsible contact is to be announced with the company details.
