Så funkar det
Every instrument has a fixed pip value per 1.00 lot, derived from its contract size and pip size. Multiplying by your position size gives the value of a one-pip move for the whole position. The pip value itself does not depend on the account — only the Cent account expresses it in cents.
Pip value = Pip value per 1.00 lot × Lots
Exempel
- Instrument: XAUUSD — pip size 0.01, pip value 1.00 USD per 1.00 lot
- Position size: 1.00 lot
- pip value = 1.00 × 1.00 USD = 1.00 USD per pip
